EPluribus Massey has been a staple in the fitness industry since 1989. His journey began in 1982 as a powerlifter in the USAF, where he won his weight class and earned the title of pound-for-pound athlete for two consecutive years. In 1984, he transitioned to bodybuilding, competing in multiple events. Before obtaining formal certifications, he trained clients, drawing on his powerlifting and bodybuilding experience. EPluribus later earned his certification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and completed a wide range of continuing education courses, including in cardio kickboxing choreography, personal training, exercise ball training, and more.

With a clientele spanning from male and female bodybuilders, swimsuit models, actors, and athletes to individuals aged 12 to 93—spanning occupations such as physicians, business owners, dancers, and homemakers—EPluribus has successfully trained thousands of people. He has also taught continuing education courses at institutions like Tacoma Community College, Seattle Central Community College, and Pierce College, offering programs like 6 Weeks to Body Change Success. He has spoken at numerous corporations and organizations, crafting customized wellness plans.

EPluribus owned a fitness studio in Gig Harbor, Washington, called NEW Body Personal Training, where he developed The Multibolic Fitness and Nutrition & Eating Plan, a personalized system that greatly contributed to clients’ success at the studio. Currently, he is updating the Multibolic system for national availability, offering people the flexibility to design their fitness and nutrition plans according to their lifestyles.

With over 50 years of personal fitness experience, EPluribus started working out at age 10, using rebar in tires and bricks for weights and constructing his own workout bench from 2x4s and plywood. He remains committed to his health, frequently getting blood work done to stay informed about his physical status. EPluribus is known for his ability to keep clients engaged in the fitness lifestyle for the long term, helping them stay committed and motivated.

About EPluribus Massey:
My philosophy on fitness is simple: find what works for you and make health a priority. Health is our greatest wealth, so creating a plan focused on both physical and mental well-being is key. The secret to success is keeping things simple, so you can see results—because those results fuel motivation.
Once you reach your goals, keep challenging yourself. For me, I’m taking on handstands and obstacle courses at my age. As we get older, it’s important to adjust our approach to fitness and nutrition. Stay realistic but always strive for improvement, making fitness a lifelong journey.
“I understand what it takes to connect with people from all backgrounds and help them achieve their fitness and wellness goals.”
